"Aim at perfection in everything, though in most things it is unattainable. However, they who aim at it, and persevere, will come much nearer to it than those whose laziness and despondency make them give it up as unattainable."
-- Lord Chesterfield
Attainment of perfection, I observe is composed of perseverance, industriousness, and details. I used to despise people who are perfectionist because they criticize mockingly. Only to find out that they really work on things they set their mind into.
The sad part, they see people who are less capable as someone lazy. They cannot see the weight of work put on a project against someone who just did it but nicely done.
It's nice to be perfect because it means you are industrious but make good judgment and help people who need help.
